This home is situated in the Buena Vista District and was built around 1917. The house is built with Clinker and handmade clay brick and most of its walls are two feet thick.

Thameside restored the original brickwork on the building by using a 1920's photo as its plan. This work included building four new chimneys on the corners of the roof. These chimneys were built with Clinker brick in order to match the existing brickwork. In addition, Thameside pointed and restored the exterior brick. New decorative brick and stone walls and paths were also added as part of the front and back landscape features.
